How do you order?
You can order LC Creations products online (the preferred method) or by phone, fax or mail. We accept payment by credit card–Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover–or by check. To order by phone, you may call our Customer Service number at 973-575-6886 between the hours of 9:00AM - 4:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. You may also fax your order to our Customer Service department at 973-575-0911.

Agreement with Our Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully because if you do choose to use our web site, you automatically agree to them. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. The LC Creations web site manager revises our site weekly to keep the product and business information up-to-date. Your continued use of our Web site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order up until it has been processed; just send us an email at sales@lccreationsllc.com.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for more details.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability This web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. LC Creations, LLC therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns
We are proud of our products and want you to be happy and satisfied. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about purchasing a certain product or you may not be satisfied with a product due to your own personal preference or to a defect in the merchandise. We always strive for customer satisfaction. If at any time you need to contact us, the preferred method of communication is via email at sales@lccreationsllc.com so that we may accurately document your issues. You may also contact us by phone at 973-575-6886 if email correspondence is not possible.

To return a product, please send an email to sales@lccreationsllc.com. In the email, please explain the reason for the return, such as product defect, incorrect item, etc. You will receive a Return Authorization (R.A.) number with instructions on how to proceed.

If the item you purchased is damaged or defective or is the incorrect item, we will be happy to replace the item at our cost. You will not be charged an additional shipping and handling fee. We may ask you to return the defective item for quality control purposes.
If the product you received was the incorrect item, we will ask you to return the item to LC Creations in its original box and packaging. In either case, LC Creations, of course, will pay the return shipping costs. Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving an R.A. number from us.

If you had a change of heart about an order you have placed and it has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel the order. If the item has been shipped or you have received the item and wish to return it or would like to exchange it for another product, we will accept returned items, though there will be a 15% restocking fee, PLUS any freight charges LC Creations may have incurred. (It is important to contact us by email at sales@lccreationsllc.com before taking any action.

Please wrap the item carefully and return it in its original box and packaging with all the accompanying accessories. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return the packing list included with your shipment, and confirm that your name, address and daytime phone number are correct. Please check the reason for return at the bottom of the packing list. If you no longer have the packing list please include a written statement including your name, address, daytime phone number, description of items returned, and reason for return.

Credit in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs and 15% re-stocking fee, will be issued to the same credit card account as used for the initial purchase. Please allow at least 21 business days from the date of return for the credit to be processed.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge 7% sales tax on products shipped to those customers in New Jersey.

Shipping

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and LC Creations will ship items within 5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within five business days.

For your shipping convenience, LC Creations, LLC has two U.S. warehouses: one on the East Coast (in Fairfield, NJ) and one on the West Coast (in Santa Fe Springs, CA). Both warehouses stock all the LC Creations exclusive items in order to aid us in reducing shipping time and costs. All shipments are sent via UPS ground except in rare circumstances when we may use Federal Express, DHL, or another shipping service. There is a small percentage of items that are not LC Creations exclusive products; those items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so delivery may take longer than five days.

All items are considered in-stock unless otherwise noted on the product details page. Should an item be out-of-stock, we reserve the right to partial ship your order.
